EXPERTISE
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
Responsible for developing architectural drawings (SD, DD, CD) needed for building projects which include specifications, general requirements, and compliance with building codes expertise lies in the design and creation of construction documents.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Worked with clients from various industries and has a deep understanding of what it takes to complete design project. Overseen projects while communicating with clients, developers, consultants, general contractors, vendors, and suppliers
BIM SPECIALIST
Using the latest Revit software on all aspects of construction document creation and rendering. Also versatile with using Navisworks for detecting clash elements and BIM coordination. Other tasks include building code analysis, municipal plan review comments addressing, and site visits for existing conditions assessments.
